Dr Yollanda is a highly experienced Specialist General Practitioner with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years across Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Originally from Zimbabwe, she trained and worked there before relocating to the UK, where she expanded her medical expertise in General Practice, Psychiatry, and Obstetrics & Gynaecology. She holds a diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and practiced in the UK for over 15 years.

Now based in Geraldton, Western Australia, Dr Yollanda owns and operates a thriving GP practice. Her passion for healthcare innovation led her to become a pioneer in integrating specialist services—such as paediatrics and psychiatry—within general practice settings. She is the founder of initiatives that support onboarding specialists into GP clinics and is currently expanding these integrated models across Australia.

A true social entrepreneur, Dr Yollanda is deeply committed to mentoring and empowering other healthcare professionals. She actively supports like-minded individuals looking to establish and grow their own medical practices, sharing her wealth of experience in clinical leadership, healthcare business development, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Outside of her professional work, she is a proud wife, mother of two, and a first-time grandmother. A passionate golfer, she plays off a GA handicap of 16 and enjoys the game as both a sport and a source of balance.
